This trend is international and is also reflected within the distribution sector and is set to continue. This trend is very slowly beginning to change and offers possibly the greatest opportunity for retail expansion, by embracing the female market more and the family as a cycling unit.

I manage our inclusive cycling All Ability Clubs, making sure these run smoothly. This includes welcoming new members and responding to specific enquiries, for example the adjustments we can make using our exciting fleet of specialist bicycles, including hand-cycles and four-wheelers. I am the Finance Manager at Bikeworks, leading the small finance team. As well as managing the processes from payroll to payments, I also produce forecasting data to enable the organisation to plan ahead. I work closely with project managers, supporting them to fulfil their budget responsibilities.
